By downloading or using Komit21, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Komit21 is a habit-building application that helps users establish 21-day challenge routines. The app provides challenge templates, progress tracking, and community features.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@komit21.com.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Komit21 offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content in community features.
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Komit21 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by 3V Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

Komit21 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is intended for personal development and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

3V Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Komit21, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
